The garage you’re looking at suffered from a nasty fire. It was so bad, it actually did quite a bit of damage to the garage next door. You can see video of that garage here on Constructeam’s YouTube channel.

Unfortunately, the garage suffered such extensive fire damage that it was beyond repair and/or restoration. Constructeam demolished the garage and the concrete it previously stood upon. As you can see from the photos, a complete rebuild was the way to go. It turned out great, and the client couldn’t be happier.
