After dealing with TWO other contracting companies, with months and months of delays and excuses: BOTH companies failed to do the work they had promised (in writing) to do. Both companies required substantial payment up front and literally have stolen ALL the money they were given, by starting the job then, disappearing off the face of the earth. Literally everyone I worked with and spoke to at Constructeam was AMAZING! Their team was so supportive throughout the entire process of getting my leak fixed! This is the second time I’ve had to call Constructeam due to water damage in my condo! My upstairs neighbor had a slow leaking toilet and by time the water hit my bathroom, and I called in Constructeam, I had mold in my double hung drywall. At least I knew I had the right team on my side. Even the insurance adjuster who has been in the business for 20+ years said that she loves working with Constructeam because they know what they are doing! She immediately agreed with their plan of action. Josh was my project manager through this process and he was great to work with! He continued to keep me informed, answered all my questions and did a great job working with the insurance company. Noah and his team came in to do the mold remediation and they were great as well. They worked hard and communicated with me along the way which I really appreciated. Everyone I have worked with at Constructeam has been very knowledgeable and professional. A special shout out to Justin and Frank (phase one-mold remediation) and James (phase two- project manager). They were a lifesaver amidst a very stressful time. They took a huge strain on me and dealt with the insurance company directly. They kept me up to date and showed deep concern for any concerns that I had. We had a hail storm in April and they came out to our house and evaluated the damage, they replaced our roofs, they were very professional, reliable and great price. I highly recommend them, easy to contact also.
After a few hick ups in the beginning getting the project kicked off Joe the owner of Constructeam took over on our restoration project and from that time everything worked out perfectly. Communication, schedule, speed and organisation of every job, quality of workmanship, selection of materials, everything worked out to our satisfaction … and more. No hassle with the insurance, Joe managed dealing with our insurance and all claimwork was done w/o our involvement, everything Joe negotiated and put into job was approved by our adjuster. Ahmed Houmani was awesome with helping me to get my bathroom redone! The job was completed right on schedule and the updates we’re right on time. The contractors and project managers are very top notch and I will recommend this company to any family or friends that are doing any sort of house restoration or remodeling projects!
Had one of the agents Terry come by my house to check a flooded basement. I already had the cleanup completed and was just looking for a quote to have restoration work done. He was totally clear and honest with me about the whole process. He told me how they were going to do it, gave me the option to complete some of the work myself, and even walked me through how. These people are friendly, helpful, and honest.
Like another reviewer, we called Constructeam after basement flood damage had been cleaned up. They were very responsive and helpful in putting together a plan to put our basement back together while being mindful of our limited budget. I unfortunately had to call when my basement flooded on a Sunday night. Talked to Ken who said it was a busy night but would come ASAP. He was at my home in less than 90 minutes to assess the situation. He was very pleasant and sympathetic. He explained everything while the cleanup crew was on there way. He said the goal is to dry and prevent molding without destroying more than necessary. Justin and the crew have been here for 6 days now and are very neat, professional and pleasant. Though everything is not done, I would highly recommend their company.

The whole Construct Team was amazing. We worked with Ken and JB and they took us from a water mess to a beautiful new kitchen. The office staff was nice and easy to work with insuring we were taken care of from the start to the end. Joe has the whole team operating smoothly and my wife and I were comfortable the entire time knowing we were in good hands.

Incredibly thorough mold remediation of my entire basement, with 3rd-party air quality tests to prove it. Friendly, HONEST, conscientious pros who really know their craft and look out for their client’s best interests. Had a problem with a flooded basement at a rental house. Called them up, ended up talking to Joe the owner and he was at the house, personally, to look at the issue within 15 minutes. Not only was their price reasonable, they got the job done in a quick and at a professional level. All of the guys on the crew were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Basement is in better shape than it was before, and without the smell. They really went above and beyond my expectations. Saved the number because I’ll definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs them!!
I first used Constructeam for mold remediation in my attic and they did an excellent job. I recently purchased a house on a lake that needed a total renovation and of course I contacted Constructeam. Joe and his team redesigned the entire layout of the house to get maximum use of space since it had originally been a cottage that had been added onto several times. Then they gutted it to the studs and the real work began. An entire new roof, windows, doors, siding, all new rough framing inside with all new electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Joe is using the largest room in the house for the kitchen with the best view of the lake. They have just finished drywalling and will be starting to do the flooring next week. We are so excited with the quick progress they’ve made. Our project manager, Matthew, is terrific and keeps us posted on daily progress. I recently had surgery and can’t get to the house so Matt sends me pictures and comes by my house if I need to finalize any details or selections. The process has been fabulous with Constructeam. I also have a side real estate business and have started using Constructeam to help with some of the renovations on my properties since they do such a great and quick job. They replaced a roof on one of my houses and then retiled a bathroom in one of the condos we purchased to rent. We are extremely pleased with with all of the work Constructeam has done for us personally and professionally and will continue to use Constructeam for home improvements when needed.

We had a flood in our home in Novi. The Constructeam was courteous, responsive, professional and great communicators. They performed their services within the time-frames communicated. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations. The process was explained and deadlines were kept. The clean up everyday was exceptional and the final work was better than before the fire. The crew was very professional.
I used ConstrucTeam to remediate my finished basement flood. I called them at about 5am and they answered and had people at my house by 8am to begin the clean up. Their workers hauled everything out of my finished basement, and detached the carpet, and removed the wet padding. They set up fans and dried out my basement over the next few days. They came several times to check on the progress of the dry out, testing the walls for moisture and checking on the fans. They took great care with my belongings making sure to lay out tarps in my garage to store everything on. They had very good contractors come out to complete drywall restoration, painting, molding, and carpet installation services. They even came back again at no charge to lay upgraded carpet padding after they had installed the original carpet padding. They also set me up with a plumber to fix my leak which couldn’t be included in the insurance claim. ConstrucTeam worked closely with my insurance company to handle all estimates and work out final figures. They came directly to my house and my place of business to take care of all matters. They were very polite and easy to work with and quickly addressed any and all concerns I had during the process. The owner of the company even checked in on the progress of the work with me and his employees during the process. My parents also used ConstrucTeam to remediate an insurance claim at their home and had an equally pleasant experience. I would recommend to ConstrucTeam to others looking for their services.

Whenever someone has an unexpected emergency they are often left at the mercy of picking the first available contractor. In this case I had time to do my research and found Constructteam was very favorably reviewed. I add my name to the list of very satisfied customers. Once we established what the cost of repairs would be, and negotiated a final contract, Constructeam followed through on everything we had agreed on (plaster, painting, plumbing, tile work, clean up). They were timely, they were professional, all their employees I dealt with were a pleasure and the management kept an eye on the progress of all aspects of the job and kept me apprised in a timely manner. Joe and his team responded very quickly to a water issue we had in our upstairs bathroom. The water leaked through the foyer and made a big mess. Joe was onsite very quickly with his team and developed a plan that was very clear to us. He worked with the insurance company and all we had to do let them at it. The quality of work was excellent. They went to great lengths to make sure the work area was taped off and kept as clean as possible. The workers were very respectful of the fact we were still living in the house. From the start to the end I had my front porch repoured and rebuilt. I learned that another company I was going to go with wasnt going to pull permits. These guys pulled permits when needed and matched the bricks to my 62 year old porch exactly. Great service. I highly recommed. Thanks guys.

I first met Joe Cipriano from Constructeam when we were looking at buying our current house. He was a concerned neighbor and it impressed me that he was looking out for the quality and value of the neighborhood we were looking to join. From there we started what has turned into a great friendship that included doing great business together. Joe’s vision for transforming our house into the “home” it is today was uncanning. While we had our own ideas, Joe was able to see things that no other person could see developing, including us. Every step of the way during our renovation project, Joe made sure we were comfortable, knew what was happening, kept us involved in every decision and made us feel valued. His staff is just as caring and everyone treated us like family…..better than family. In fact, we loved the work that Constructeam did on completely renovating the inside of our house that we brought them back for Phase II of our construction project to redo the outside of the house and let’s just say that what Joe and his team put together blows away any country club setting I’ve ever been at, all while staying within our budget. It is an incredible feeling to be at home and feel like you are on vacation at a fancy resort every day. We never have to leave if we don’t want to. Now if we can only get Constructeam to do something about the weather. If I know Joe, he’s thinking about it and if there is a way, he’ll find it.
